Aquafence selected as one of the top 10 Nordic companies.

(Copenhagen, October 20, 2009) Flood-protection company Aquafence AS won top awards and was selected as one of the top Nordic 10 companies at the Nordic Venture Forum, a semi-final of the 2009 European Venture Contest, held yesterday in Copenhagen.

International expert judges evaluated 60 Scandinavian companies and awarded Aquafence as one of the 10 most interesting companies in the Nordic region. Tønsberg based Aquafence has designed, patented and manufactures a semi-mobile flood retention system that is used to protect flood-prone buildings and properties in emergency situations.
