Tampa International Airport has strengthened its flood resilience with a 9-foot-high AquaFence system designed to protect critical electrical infrastructure from flooding.
The system surrounds critical electrical vaults and is designed to help reduce the risk of flood-related disruption to essential airport operations. As critical infrastructure faces increasing exposure to flood risk, deployable flood protection provides a way to strengthen resilience while maintaining access and normal site operations when the system is not deployed.
